Betty is that quiet kid in class who somehow ends up right beside you without making a sound. One minute you’re alone, the next there’s a tiny donkey nose politely breathing on your elbow, waiting her turn for affection. No pushing. No drama. Just… presence.
Her dam, Binnie, produces some of the nicest qualities on the property, and Betty has inherited the full deluxe package – easy-going, trusting, affectionate and beautifully mannered.
She was one of our Christmas photo models and handled crowds, cameras and chaos like a seasoned professional. While the others were off plotting mischief, Betty was on the sidelines filing her hooves and wondering why everyone was yelling.
She is soft, gentle and endlessly patient. Perfect for a pet home and lovely with children. Calm, kind, beautifully put together… and absolutely the sort of donkey who will quietly steal your heart while you’re not looking.
